Yeah. Almost. Almost holidays. Don't I sound excited? No, I probably don't, but hey, you can't hear me anyway, it's a blog... and not a video blog at that. Whatever. It's almost holidays. But you could totally call it something else. You know. Yeah, you could call it whatever really. But then again that depends on if you want to include fiction or not. For example, I could say, It's almost time for me to sleep constantly... as in, that's what I'm going to do in the holidays... but in my case, that'd be fiction. I doubt I'd sleep constantly... that'd be a waste. "Holiday" can be used if your not absolutely sure what your going to do. You can use it even when you are sure what your going to do... most people do that these days. I'm not saying I don't, that's for sure. Anyway, yeah. It's almost "holidays" and it's (hopefully) going to be great. We all know why. No school right? But various other reasons too, depending on the person specified. But yeah... that's kinda beyond the point.
I don't have many plans for the holidays. My plan so far is listen to lots of Owl City, play lots of Zelda, and watch loads of Man Vs Wild. Totally my plan. But I doubt it'll be that great. There'll probably be some fishing thrown in between by my dad *sigh*. But you never know, maybe it will be great. I guess that remains to be seen.

Header...and stuff.
Yes. That's right. My header. I've changed it... again.
I've changed the font of the picture and I also changed the contrast a bit.
Yea. I used GIMP which is quite a good program for editing and all.
Majora's Mask update: hehehe yep, I play quite a bit of that. I've got a few new masks... um, and a few old ones. Anyway, I just thought I'd talk about masks a bit seeing as the whole game is based on the one mask. Majora's Mask: Owned by the Mask shop guy (seen in The Ocarina Of Time) and was stolen by the Skull Kid. The main mission in this game is to get that mask back in three days time. Luckily you end up getting your Ocarina back (the Skull Kid steals it at the beginning) which makes it a whole deal easier because you can endlessly go back in time, and so, have all the time in the world to find that mask. Well, i won't go on in case anybody actually wants to play the game at some point, but what I've just said doesn't spoil anything because thats just what your supposed to do anyway. I got two new masks(not essential in the game, therefor not spoiling anything either... of course you don't have to read this either-way) one is a mask that looks like a hawk, and if you put it on and "parade" (there's an option to parade if you've got the mask on) around town, animals will parade around behind you(not monsters, just really random animals in towns and stuff, so far, not useful at all... though sorta fun to use). I also got this other mask from and old lady that works at the bomb store (didn't see that coming) and it's a bomb mask. You put it on and you have the option to explode. Somehow I don't understand why an old lady (or anyone for that matter) would be walking around town with a mask makes you explode handy. And yes, it does hurt you... but i guess when your short of bombs it'll be there. Anyway, I guess I might be in the mood for exploding once in a while.

Door.
Okay. This may not be the most exciting of titles, but that's beyond the point. I think that if you've read my previous post, you'll have understood the title immediately...though maybe not. Anyway, as you may have caught on, this post is called "Door." is because we had finished the glass house, but not the door. Now we have finished the door, and that pretty much concludes the title of this post.
I've also been doing some study and, as I do every day, some gaming. I recently got The Legend Of Zelda: Majora's Mask, because I'm stuck on a dungeon in Zelda: The Ocarina Of Time, which is set before Majora's Mask. Though I might try it again. There's a guy in Zelda called Tingle. I keep wondering why Nintendo is so obsessed with bringing this freaky character back in the Zelda series over and over again. He's creepy. I think he's creepy anyway, he's just weird. Though that might be obvious because he's a 35 year old man that's really obsessed with forest fairies - he thinks he's one himself one himself (no argument there) and his father is ashamed of him. He also talks in third-person..which is another typical Tingle thing. I've also been playing a bit of Far Cry 2 - hehehe. I bought the silent MP5 which is, obviously, silent. Though the accuracy isn't as good as the AK-47 so I don't think I'll end up using it much. I've also played Avalanche, a Miniclip game, made by Nitrome. It's really random but it's cool anyway :)
Other than that there's not much else going on here, so i guess that's the end of this post.

Nothing Much.
Hey Everyone,
If your wondering how I got the title, I got it two ways; one: I just saw the L & P add (anybody that doesn't live in New Zealand probably won't get this), two: this post isn't about much.
As I've just explained, this post is about nothing much, so if your not keen on reading about nothing much, look away from your computer screen now.
Nothing much has been going on here (hence the title) so I guess there's not much to talk about. I had nothing much for breakfast and to be honest, I've done nothing much...although I have studied (Math to be exact). And I'm really quite bored.
The "Glasshouse" (though it isn't made of glass) has progressed a bit...quite a bit. All we really have left is the door. I don't have much to say and I presume anybody that's just read all this wouldn't really either. If your wondering why exactly I even bothered to write this post, I'm afraid I have no answer to that...for I myself am not really sure. I guess I was just bored, that's all.
I've been doing a reasonable amount of "Mathletics" recently, I didn't do much on that before. I've also noticed (not that this is important in any way) that Mathletics has a very... weird security system. When you log in it simply directs to another page - your page. There isn't a log out option either when your "signed in". But it's not really signed in; because if you copy the link and close the page/tab (therefor "logging out") and paste the link, it'll direct you straight to your page without the need to log in. But with Blogger (for example), if you copy the link, log out and then paste it, it'll say you have to log in. And that's where Mathletics is a bit weird. But other than that, it's really quite normal.
I guess I'll conclude this post by talking about the title. Yes, the title. Or what it means anyway. It's kind of strange when you think about it. What really is the definition of the phrase "nothing much"? Yes, I know what your thinking, Why should we care? What's the point? Why not just search up the definition of "nothing" and "much"?. And that is precisely what I intend to do. Nothing: Nothing is a concept that describes the absence of anything at all. Colloquially, the concept is often used to indicate the lack of anything relevant or significant, or to describe a particularly unimportant thing, event, or object. It is contrasted with something and everything. Much: To a great extent; Often; frequently; A large amount or great extent; A large amount of; A great number; many. (Used with designations of people.) So technically, this phrase doesn't make as much sense as we take it to.
Now i'm guessing that this is boring for you. Okay, I'm done.

Weekend.
Hey everyone.
As most people know we had a long weekend this week, it wasn't all that special but it was great that i didn't have to study :P Dad got a new laptop aswell...though i think that was friday, oh well. Anyway, yea, i can finally play Far Cry 2 again. Yay! hehehe... anyway, yea. Other than that not much happened in the weekend. Oh i forgot. Dad and i have started making a glass house... though ironically, it's not gonna be made of glass. It's just gonna be made of plastic because, well, glass is too much work, and plastic is good enough i guess. We're making it out of the old swing set that was left here when we bought the house. It was actually quite funny because it didn't have any swings on it anymore :P though it did have two slides...they were a bit rusted though. So yea, that's about it.

Term 3 Reflection
Hello Everyone,
I guess this is my term reflection...or will be soon. Yep.
This term has been pretty normal i guess, it's another term and that's what it is. I quite liked the creativity subject, although i was a bit frustrated because we were driving a lot of the time so i couldn't get very much work done. It's nice because we now have a home so I'll be able focus more :)
I really enjoyed Active Worlds but if I'm not mistaken, after Friday we won't be able to go on it anymore :(
There's not much more to say i guess, I'm sure this is an extremely short term reflection. Maybe i should say more. I'm not absolutely sure what to say though. If i think of anything, I'll be sure to post it up.

Nothing...almost nothing anyway.
Hello Everyone,
I haven't posted anything in a while so i just thought to post this useless post for no reason...actually there is a reason, because i haven't posted anything in a while...but the reason doesn't matter, lets just get on with the post.
It's absolutely freezing down south, it's snowed a few times but it seems to be clearing up...hopefully it will anyway. Wow, I've just realized how boring this post really is...i mean, the weather, seriously Zala? Well, i can see that this argument between me and me is going to last a while so i wouldn't like you to get even more bored listening to that.

Earthquake!!!
Hey Everyone,
As most of you(if not all) have heard, there was a 7.1 magnitude earthquake in Christchurch. We were sleeping near Cheviot so it was quite strong! I felt some aftershocks but the rest of my family said they didn't. Apparently there were about 30 aftershocks in Christchurch!!!
When it first arrived all the power was cut ans the water supply was drained or something. I'm not entirely sure. The TV was on the whole day on TV 1(at our friends place), they were talking about the earthquake the whole time.
We were planning to leave our friends on Saturday but after what happened to Christchurch we decided to stay a bit longer! Only logical i guess. We have a lot of friends that live in Christchurch, but luckily they're all well. The good thing is that nobody has died and there are only (so far) 2 serious injuries, one was a 50-year-old man cut by glass from his house, the second was another 50-year-old man hit by a falling chimney!!! I hope there won't be any more!
I think i heard that NZ has moved about 5 meters! Compared to the usual 40mm per year, that quite a difference!!!
I hope everything is well with all the people in the correspondence school, did anything happen to you guys?

Title of a post.
Hi Everyone,
Seeing as this post isn't really about anything, i didn't know what to call it. There's nothing much going on here so this is pretty much another of those useless posts i always post...to be honest, i don't actually know why i post them. I just post them so this isn't just a blog doing nothing - though it sorta is...
The weather here has mainly been overcast and rain :( but sometimes we get a bit of sun in between.
Study has been going OK, it's been reasonable for the camper-van i guess. I've been doing paper-work and computer work so...um...yea, not much to say.

Creativity
Hello Everyone,
I think the new topic, "Creativity" will be a lot more...well..."entertaining" if that's what you'd call it. Anyway, i think i'd enjoy it a lot more than Inquiry, the fact that i didn't have to do half of it may have something to with it...though i think even without it it'd be the same sort of situation.
I've been quite busy with my paperwork so you might have noticed that Sandy had excused me for most of the Inquiry unit...though I'm not sure why I'm telling you that now...whatever.
I'm really tired right now because i didn't get what you would call a "decent" sleep last night, and i woke up early this morning to finish off my book (hehehe) so yea.
I guess there's not much more to say,

Campervan
Hi Everyone,
You MIGHT have noticed (but you probably haven't) that I haven't posted anything on my blog for a while...well, that's because I've been sitting in the camper-van traveling most of the time. It's quite annoying sometimes because you know that you have work to do but you just can't do it because your driving the whole time. But I guess that sort of stuff just happens.
Other than that there's not much exiting stuff going on, but I'm sure looking forward to the holidays! Although it is about a month away...it is a month right?
The weather here (what a typical subject :P lol) is alright and the past few days it's been great but somehow i think we're in for some bad weather...though i surley hope not!
That's about all going on here...so yea, see ya!

New Term
Hi Everyone!
As most of us know, today is the first day of Term 3. I can't quite decide if I'm sad or neutral about it but i know I'm not what anyone would call stoked anyway =P
I'm wondering at the moment what the topic will be this term and i surely hope it'll be fun. I'm not exactly what you'd call a "fussy" person with topics but a lot of people (including me) would probably work better if they enjoyed it more...but i guess i won't really mind too much as I'm expecting something like Enterprise.
In a way I'm hoping that this term will go fast so we can get back to the holidays!
All the same, i hope everyone has an awesome term!!!

Term Reflection
Hello Everyone.
This Term (as you all know...unless the person reading it is not from the Correspondence School) our "topic" was Enterprise. I quite liked it though it wasn't something i thought i would enjoy. There was quite a bit of work to do, because it clashed with the paper-work but i guess i got through it (so far, 8P).
It seems like far more than one Term since we started off with the ANZAC activities. I was happy we got to work in a house through quite a bit of the Term.
I'm looking forward to the next Term but i will be happy to get the holidays started 8D.

The All Whites
Hi Everyone,
I'm pretty sure you all know that we did not get through to the next round in the FIFA World Cup 2010 but it was still the best result in New Zealand football history!
We came up above the reigning world champions...Italy!!!
I'll still continue watching the World Cup, and now I'm supporting Portugal because NZ didn't get further.
I can't wait till the next FIFA World Cup in 2014!!!
I'll be 16 yrs old then!! Wow...

Fifa World Cup 2010
Hi Everyone,
Since I haven't posted in a while, I would post about the Fifa World Cup.
On Tuesday afternoon, I watched NZ vs Slovakia live, it went from 11 PM on Tuesday to 1.30 AM on Monday! I was (literally) screaming at the TV when NZ scored that goal in the last minute! I got a Coca~Cola Fifa World Cup, Cup (hehehe) at Mc Donalds.
I'm gonna watch NZ vs Italy live, at 2AM Monday morning :] It's gonna be awesome!

Since I haven't posted in a while, I would post about the Fifa World Cup.
On Tuesday afternoon, I watched NZ vs Slovakia live, it went from 11 PM on Tuesday to 1.30 AM on Monday! I was (literally) screaming at the TV when NZ scored that goal in the last minute! I got a Coca~Cola Fifa World Cup, Cup (hehehe) at Mc Donalds.
I'm gonna watch NZ vs Italy live, at 2AM Monday morning :] It's gonna be awesome!
Who else is going to watch NZ vs Italy live?

Tic -Tac -Toe
Hello Everyone,
I was getting a bit bored with my blog, it was always the same.So i added a new game! It's called Tic-Tac-Toe (as you might have picked up by the title).I've tried it out but unfortunately it doesn't say when someone wins...don't hesitate to try it out though! Anyway, hope you have fun (if you do play it that is...).
There hasn't been much going on so i guess that's all...

Businesses
Hello Everyone,
There was a business i thought about the other day so I thought I'd use that in my post - a candy store. There are quite a few good things about owning a candy store: you can have lots of candy(not that that's the point, mind you) and you'll get quite a lot of customers, kids and adult alike; the dentist will also be quite satisfied. Though there are some floors in having a candy store, the one I can think of is that kids will eventually not come as often, the parents could restrict the candy.
Another business is the common supermarket, it will probably cost a lot of money though you will get heaps back in return. A convenience store is another good one, the "rules"(if you don't mind) being very similar to the supermarket, will make the convenience store, not only convenient for you customers, but also for you.
There are many more jobs but i don't think that i could talk about them all!

ANZAC
Hi Everyone,
This post is about my ANZAC powerpoint i did.
It was quite hard to make my powerpoint because i was in the camper-van and we only had one computer for Sami and I to work on.We were also driving quite a bit so it was hard time-wise.I found that the hardest bit of actually making the powerpoint was the research and finding the thing that i needed.Other than that it was quite easy but it just used up alot of time.

Term 2!!!!!!!!!
Hello Everyone,
I hope you've had a great holiday!
In the holidays I went to Dunedin to see my brother and sister who are studying in Dunedin.
It was a nice change to be in a house (that's why you can see a TV in the background when you look at the pictures of my Marquee), but i guess were back in the camper van for now.Not very much happened in Dunedin so there's not much more to say.
That's my first post of Term 2!

Easter...Bunnies?
Hey,
I don't know why (probably because it's almost Easter) but i suddenly thought to myself, "why is is Easter bunnies?"(not that i don't like Easter or anything)
Seriously, i don't actually know; bunnies are mammals so why the eggs?Though,Easter chickens wouldn't exactly fit would it?
Actually, it could have been "why eggs" or "why bunnies" but for some reason the bunny question popped into my head.
If anyone knows the answer please comment.

Term Feedback
Hello Everyone,
This Post is about my feedback on the term.
First of all i think that my favorite bit of work this term was making my Blog, because it's a easy and enjoyable way of sharing information; i also liked customising my blog quite alot.
The hardest part of my work was probably my crane and all the other constructive things because seeing as we're in a camper van at the moment it's is quite hard to build things.
Blackboard is quite convenient and an easy way to learn because you use it on the computer and seeing as we are traveling i like to keep it simple.It is also more enjoyable than paperwork for me because i like working on computers.Over all i think Blackboard is an easy and enjoyable way to study.
Well, that's my feedback

Hello everyone,
Sorry I'm a bit late with my sketches but here are some.
I was going to make a Picasa Photo Album on my google account, but it turns out that the computer i am working on cannot do that.
So i decided to put them on a post for the time being.
I drew a cup because at the time i was drinking something...though i can't remember what it was.I drew an apple because The Twilight saga is my favorite series of books and the original cover of the first book "Twilight" is somebody holding an apple.I don't really know why i drew a pillow though.

It seems i have developed a cold this morning and it is bothering me quite a bit.
I don't think it's too serious though so I hope it won't last long.

Crane Down
Hi,
This post is about how i got on with my crane because that was one of the most exiting (and slightly irritating)things ive had to do at Te Kura so far.
I am currently in a campervan so i had a bit of trouble space-wise but i got on alright.
My fist attempt kind of broke down, because i had made the base out of newspaper only.
After suffering the despair of having to start all over again i drew up a new template-type-of -thing but when i looked at it i could tell it wouldn't work, so i decided to use the fist design again but stabilize the whole structure with the card.
That idea woked so i stuck with that.I also had a bit of trouble with the tape because i was worried that 1m wouldn't be enough, but i got there in the end.
I had to use fishing line instead of string (i hope thats OK with you Sandy)because we didn't have any string and that was the closest thing we could find.It was also rather tricky with the fishing line because it is slippery and that makes it harder to hold onto (and tape to the ground).

Ive updated my blog slightly by putting up a banner and adding some links.
My banner is music themed because music is one thing that is important to me, it also has an owl on it because i like a band called "Owl City".
I put up the link "owl city official site" that is the official site of a band called "Owl City".
There is also a link to "Miniclip.com" which is a online gaming site and i recommend a game called "raft wars" and also "Sushi go round".
"chordie.com" is a website where you can search up chords and lyrics of songs.
